Shipping
Orders placed online receive free shipping within the United States. Expedited shipping may be requested on an order-by-order basis within the notes field of online order placement, however, per these stated terms & conditions, expedited shipping requests will be subject to shipping costs beyond free online ground shipping. Additional fees will be determined on an order-by-order basis and will take into account order size, requested expedited shipping, and total weight of finished goods.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please contact Grace Imaging and we will be happy to help. Returns and/or refunds may be issued in the unlikely event of damage during shipping or failure to receive the product. Returns and/or refunds will be handle on an order-by-order basis.
Billing Terms & Conditions
Online order payment is due at the time of order placement. Customers placing orders by phone will be invoiced for the full order amount plus shipping and taxes that apply. Payment is due upon invoice receipt unless otherwise predetermined on an account-by-account basis.
